REPORTS
1. OASIS Analysis Report:
This report analyzes the OASIS from a clinical perspective and highlights possible clinical inconsistencies in the responses. By reviewing inconsistencies, clinicians may make any necessary corrections to help ensure the OASIS is clinically accurate and financially correct prior to submission. This report gives the point value of the patient for each of the 3 dimensions.
2. Patient Detail Report:
This report provides you with a summary of the clinical, functional, and service utilization dimensions of the patient as well as the expected HHRG score, estimated Medicare reimbursement and estimated cost. You can use this report for profit/loss analysis.
3. Outcome Measures Report:
This report is used to review the progress made by a patient from start of care to discharge.
4. Adverse Event Analysis Report:
This report flags adverse events that occurred for this patient. Agencies should use this report to be certain that it was an actual adverse event and not an incorrect entry made on the OASIS
5. Case Mix Reports:
Displays a detailed view of your agency's average case mix weights. This allows you to see each assessment within a given date range to determine which episodes are impacting your case mix weights.
6. Episode Cost Summary:
This is a summary of profit or loss sorted by location, assessment type, and date of assessment. This provides you with the estimated Medicare reimbursement, estimated total cost, and estimated profit or loss.
