• The rate for claims management is 6.5% of collected accounts receivable for dates of services billed by AHC after the effective date of the contract. There is an initial agency set-up fee of $1200.  This initial fee covers the cost of sending billers on site to set up and  processing any viable claims up to a year old.
  
• Setup practice in claims management system, including loading patient information and faculty fee schedule
  
• Verify Insurance / EOB $25 per month for 1st 50, then $3 each
• Enter all data (patient demographics, charges, and payments)
  
• File claims electronically &
  
• File paper claim form if payer does not accept electronic claims
  
• Receive electronic remittance notices (if available through payer)
  
• Post cash receipts
  
• Create and mail monthly patient statements
  
• Audit 10% of your current charts monthly up to 6 charts
  
• Bill secondary payers if applicable
  
• Receive and manage calls regarding accounts receivable
  
• Provide continual follow-up, rebilling, and collections
  
• Generate monthly reports such as:
  • Insurance aging reports
  • PPS episode activity reports
  • Financial activity reports

• Chart audits - $60 per hour (1 hour minimum)
• Billing audits - $30 per hour (1 hour minimum)
• Plans of correction -     (Call for Individual Rates)
• CHAPS survey preparedness - (Call for Individual Rates)
• OASIS / Coding training - $500 per day (1 day minimum). Limit 10 attendees
