6. Establishment of all policies, procedures and manuals.
7. Completion of Core Requirements
8. Completion of Accreditation Crosswalk
9. Submission of all required documentation and application to the selected accrediting body.
10. Preparation for admission of 10 patients. Including establishing your medical supply list and nursing bags.
11. Completion of admission documentation, and establishment of a medical record for each patient
